This course is about how you build productive relationships beyond your own room, and why that matters just as much as how you lead within it. Collaboration is not the same as teamwork: teamwork is how we work together within our own room or nursery, while collaboration is how we work together across the whole organisation.
You will explore why collaboration matters, who you need to build relationships with across the business, and a simple technique, seek, share, support, for climbing from working in isolation to becoming a genuinely collaborative leader. You will also look honestly at the barriers that get in the way.
By the end of this course, you will have a practical model for building relationships across your organisation, and the confidence to seek support, share what you know, and help others succeed.
