Who is this for?
This is for all practitioners working in the nursery setting who are responsible for the learning environment (indoors and outdoors).
What will you do?
You will learn about the benefits of reflective practice, in terms of:
- The environment, including health and safety
- Your own practice
- Learning and development of the children
Through a range of video and text material, with regular reflection encouraged throughout.
What are the benefits?
Reflection is a chance to make changes and to celebrate successes too. Each cohort of children will have different needs so things that may have worked for one group may not be as successful for the next. Great opportunity to discuss and discover how things are really working in your environment.
