Learning is an ongoing journey that has no beginning and no end.
Course Overview
This course is about your role in creating a culture where learning never stops, for yourself and for your team. Lifelong learning is not about collecting certificates or ticking off your CPD targets. It is about remaining curious, reflective and committed to improving practice, through learning that is carefully chosen, shared, and put into action.
You will explore what lifelong learning really means, look at where your own practice sits right now, and work through real scenarios that show the difference between attending training and actually learning from it. You will also look at how, as a leader, you set the tone for whether learning is valued across your whole team.
By the end of this course, you will have a practical model for keeping your own learning alive, and for building a team that learns continuously rather than occasionally.
