Clear Communication – Observations

Who is this for?

All staff responsible for noticing, capturing, and using observations to support children’s learning and development, from apprentice to leader.

What will you do?

Through reading, reflection, real examples, and practical activities, you will learn:

  • How to prepare with confidence for Ofsted questions
  • Why observations matter
  • How to capture clear, objective, meaningful observations
  • How to avoid common pitfalls
  • How observations support planning, assessment and early intervention
  • How to communicate effectively with parents
